Our lovely family home in Phuket is for sale. We have lived in this house for 5 years and absolutely love it but we are relocating and so, sadly, it must go.
Pool and patio
The main house consists of 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is very comfortable with a walk through dressing area and very nice ensuite bathroom with a large, terrazzo tub that is big enough for two. The master bathroom also features a small garden area which gives it an outdoor feel. The other bedrooms are all spacious with good natural light.

The rest of the house is made up of a large open plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen is built to Western standards with teak cabinets and granite countertops. There is an integrated cooktop, oven and hood. I do a lot of cooking and entertaining and have enjoyed spending time in this room. Off the kitchen is the study/office. Through the kitchen door is the large patio which overlooks the 60 square metre swimming pool. We have used this as our dining and entertaining area. There is another, smaller patio at the front of the house. The pool has a large deck with views of the hills.

To the left of the pool is the guest cottage which is made up of one bedroom and one bathroom with a patio looking out over the pool. It is very comfortable and our guests have always enjoyed staying there.
We also have a detached workshop/laundry room which is located to the right of the pool. This is quite a big space and could easily be converted into additional guest accomodation if desired.
The land area is 1.2 rai or approximately 1,800 square metres. The garden is full of trees and flowering shrubs which we have planted and tended since we moved here. We have quite a few fruit bearing trees including mango, rose apple, lime, banana, jackfruit, guava and coconut.

Other amenities/facilities include a remote controlled gate, two entrances to the property, 3 phase electricity, UBC (cable TV service), ADSL internet connection, 2 phone lines, large water storage tank and a deep well.
